The Vistas at the Point is located a few miles south of Utah’s flagship redevelopment site -- The Point. Lehi’s Vista Station—which may develop as a bus rapid transit or TRAX line— will serve as a critical link between the offices, housing and amenities planned there and Lehi City. Taking this into account, as well as Lehi’s planned development goals, a mix of property-owners and stakeholders, and the variety of land uses, from agricultural to residential, present planners a unique challenge.
