DR Horton requests review of their final phase grading for Inverness. They are grading over approximately 693 acres, though it is mostly around the future roadways. They expressed that their intent to start grading this is to provide a location for the extra materials from the other areas. They did not provide a haul route because the materials will be kept within Inverness.
