Center Cal is developing a commercial area at approximately Timpanogos Highway and Morning Vista Road. They are asking for a reduction in the number of trees they provide. The Code requires 30 trees per acre. The applicant worked with the Parks Department Staff to provide as many trees as can reasonably be accommodated on the site. Parks Staff agrees they did their best and more trees would impact the long term health of the trees.
