Thanksgiving Point is wanting to add on to the existing Red Barn and modify the outside appearance to create a Science and Technology Center. The Center will provide opportunities for kids to get hands on experience with STEM. The Planning Commission is reviewing this site plan because they are requesting exceptions to increase the amount of EIFS allowed, reduce the minimum glass requirement, and have an increased setback from the maximum 25-feet from the street.
