Texas Roadhouse wants to add an addition to their building to add 48 additional seats. The Planning Commission is reviewing this because they are not proposing to meet the 40% glass requirement for the facade facing the street. Their current building only has 30% which is what they want to do again. Comments should all focus on them asking for an exception to the glass requirement.
