Consultation has concluded

The applicant is requesting conditional use approval for a drive-thru for the Smith’s site plan located at approximately 2100 North 3600 West. The drive-thru will be for a pharmacy. The drive-thru will be located on the north side of the building, fronting 2100 North. The Planning Commission is only considering conditions to be placed on the drive-thru. The applicant will continue to work with staff to address the rest of the DRC comments.
