Slay Holdings LLC is annexing 4 acres into Lehi City and want R-1-Flex (8,000 square foot lot minimum) zoning located at approximately 2300 West 300 South. The proposed R-1-Flex zoning is consistent with the General Plan Designation of Low Density Residential (LDR). It has been planned for this parcel to eventually annex into Lehi, and it would resolve an existing island of property that is still in the County.
