K2 Electric is requesting approval of an amendment to the Skyline Subdivision on Boston Street to consolidate two lots of the subdivision into one. This is to help build an industrial building. The amended plat meets all requirements of the Light Industrial zone. This amendment is purely to combine two lots- all construction plans and building and site design will be evaluated when the applicant submits a site plan application.
