Consultation has concluded

Approximately around Center Street and Timpanogos Highway a large "anchor tenant" shopping store is wanting to build. They have proposed a site plan, but are asking for exceptions to the requirements. Most of the exceptions they seek are because of grade and some are for the building design.

This is a list of the exceptions they want.

  • Drive aisle between the building and the street (both Traverse Terrace Road and the private access road)
  • Exception to the connectivity standards for block length
  • Exception for the 20 percent glass
  • Windows as the third architectural variation on the north and west walls.
