MeagaLynSayer asked 3 months agoUnfortunately, we don't have a way of knowing what businesses will be coming into the City until they apply for a business license. As of right now, we do not know what businesses will be coming to the 2100 N and 3600 W area.

jessie10e asked 6 months agoWe have heard no updates on if Lehi Elementary is closing. There was an initial study to explore it, but our understanding is that it did not move forward.

JoeMcOmber asked 7 months agoOur Master Transportation Plan has Pony Express has a 5-lane Major Arterial. There are no current plans move forward with this widening. However, we have a project underway to extend the eastern end of Pony Express into American For as a 2-lane road for now but with enough property for future widening. Pony Express currently ends a Center St in Lehi. The intent is that this road would reach to I-15.

sdavis asked 6 months agoWe looked into this the city legal department about a year a go. Essentially, the Traverse Mountain Masters Association (TMMA) HOA has power to create rules for HOA members and issue fines or penalties when the rules are broken, but these don't necessarily apply to the general public or non-HOA members. In this case, TMMA can prohibit HOA members from parking on the public street overnight but it cannot prohibit non-HOA members from doing so. TMMA's jurisdiction in this case is limited to is members only.
Both HOA members and non-HOA members are subject the parking rules on public streets in the Lehi Municipal code (https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/lehiut/latest/lehi_ut/0-0-0-2863#JD_7-1-1) but HOA members are also subject to the TMMA HOA rules.

stinger asked 7 months agoNothing has received approval in that area. The City has had a lot of discussions with the Developer about potential businesses but nothing that the City can share at this time. As site plans are approved, they will be uploaded on "Projects Under Construction" on this website.

mathiand000 asked 9 months agoWe have finished a draft design of the future northeast corner of the intersection. This was needed to determine what property would be needed from Rocky Mountain Power. The intent was to get all of the property we would need for the future road widening of 1500 N and 3600 W now.
Once this is finalized we will know the final signal pole location and foundation elevation on that corner. This will enable us to order the needed traffic signal steel and at the proper lengths. Currently, there is a 4 to 6 month lead time on these materials. We will also be able to move forward and obtain the property needed from Rocky Mountain Power.
Given all of this, we expect the final installation of this 1500 N 3600 W traffic signal around the end of summer or beginning of fall this year.

Taylorl20 asked 10 months agoA grocery still will be coming in across from the Maverick at 2100 North 3600 West. They are still moving through the approval process with the City, so we do not have a definitive timeline on when they will open, but it should be in the near future.

granratty asked about 1 year agoA design of the traffic signal is underway. There's also 6-month delay on getting materials and there are some property issues to work through. It may be a little while, but a traffic signal is on the way.

OCarreno asked over 1 year agoThe owner of the property submitted a request to change the General Plan Designation from Commercial to Heavy Commercial. The General Plan Amendment and a Zone Change will have to be approved before any specific uses can be approved for this parcel.
