The plan includes 200 apartment units- most of them affordable. It also includes office and retail space as well as parking garages. Pedestrian travel is prioritized while also allowing for buses and cars. The proposal also includes creating an HTRZ zone to help fund the affordable housing units, parking garages and other features of the plan.
