Sky View West Anchor Site Plan

Approximately around Center Street and Timpanogos Highway, a large "anchor tenant" shopping store is wanting to build. They have proposed a site plan, but are asking for exceptions to the requirements. Most of the exceptions they seek are because of grade and some are for the building design.
