Requests approval of the Homestead Estates Two-Lot Subdivision located at approximately 1400 North 2020 West in the A-1 zone. The proposed two-lot subdivision is not a flag lot, as both lots meet the 100-foot frontage requirement of the zone, as well as the minimum one-acre lot size.
