Chapter 37 Parking Setback

CLOSED: This item received a positive recommendation from the Planning Commission.

The Planning Division is proposing a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 37 of the Development Code. Specifically, we are proposing to change the exception requirement for the maximum setback when a module of parking is allowed.
