Lyndon Dangerfield wants to build a flag lot at 850 North 1200 West. The property was rezoned to R-1-Flex (8,000 square foot lot minimum) earlier this year. The proposed lots are over 10,000 and 32,000 square feet and meet the frontage requirements.

Flag lots are a conditional use which means that the Planning Commission could require the house face a certain direction or require buffering if there are specific concerns with the proposal. Comments focused on specific concerns and if anything could be done to lower the impacts are the most helpful comments.
