The applicant has around 2.5 acres of property, and according to Chapter 12 of the Development Code, 2 horses are allowed per each half acre of property in all residential zones, including R-1-8. The Planning Commission will determine if any conditions need to be placed on the property to mitigate against any potential impacts.
