Tabled until a future meeting

The Hadfield's are wanting to do a three-lot subdivision at the southeast corner of 600 East and Utah Highlands Drive. The lots are all over half an acre in size and meet the lot frontage requirement.

These lots meet the Code and have to be approved, public comments providing information on existing challenges are helpful.

If this development is just three single family homes then it would be acceptable addition to the neighborhood. Thx

This development at 600 east Utah highland drive is a bad idea. It boarders environmentally sensitive area and is located in very low density residential area. The residents in this area are not in favor of this proposed development. It would be out of place and disrupt the neighborhood. This development would be better suited in a higher density zone. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
