Danny Logan requests zoning on property that is being annexed into Lehi located on the southwest corner of 1300 South and 1700 West. The request is for R-1-22 (half acre lot) on 0.5 acres and TH-5 (transitional holding) on 2.18 acres. These both conform to the Very Low Density Residential Agricultural (VLDRA) designation on this property.

The Planning Commission provides a recommendation on the proposed zoning. City Council approves the actual annexation.
