Life Time Fitness wants to build a gym in Lehi near Texas Instruments. They are asking for an exception to the building placement. Based on the design requirements for the General Nonresidential Design District the building should be next to Traverse Terrace Drive. However, Life Time would like the building to be closer to SR-92 with parking between Traverse Terrace Drive and the building. A trail corridor does connect to the west of the building which provides pedestrian access, which is the goal of having the building oriented to the street.
