Consultation has concluded

Symphony Homes wants to remove two lots from the existing Lehi Terrace Subdivision. It will bring the number of lots from 39 to 37. These are located at approximately 1200 West and 2980 North. Staff does not have concerns with lowering the number of lots, just making sure the power, water, and sewer connections are removed properly and that the existing residents do not lose power. Symphony Homes will provide plans that they do this properly.
