The applicant is applying for a conditional use and site plan permit for an office warehouse building called K2 Electric. Office and warehouse is a permitted use in the Light Industrial zone. However, the applicant would like to have outdoor storage behind the building for equipment. Outdoor storage is a conditional use in the Light Industrial zone. The Planning Commission will need to determine if there are any conditions that would be reasonable to place on the use to mitigate against any potential negative impacts.
