John Hadfield wants to create a new development agreement that adds 30 residential units to the 125 previously allowed in the West Development Agreement.

This area is next to restaurants, the Rail and Murdock Trails, Timpanogos Highway and I-15, which allowing more density in these areas will have less impact on existing neighborhoods and local roads.
