The Harding's would like to put a 10-foot fence on their eastern property line at 2693 North 1200 East. They hope it will help block out the sound of 1200 East.

Anyone can speak to this item if they support or are against it. But reasons why and how they could do it in a way that will not negatively impact others, are the most helpful comments that will make a difference.
