It is currently zoned A-1 (1 acre agricultural lots) and he wants to change to zoning to R-1-22 (22,000 square foot lots about half an acre). This zone change is on 1.57 acres of property and will eventually develop with a single flag lot. The proposed R-1-22 zoning matches the Very Low-Density Residential Agriculture (VLRDRA) designation in the General Plan.
