Gardner Plumb Development Group is looking to transfer units from the northern portion of their development agreement to the southern portion to a parcel next to the Willow Point Townhomes on Hardman Way. They are requesting to move 124 from a parcel north of Holbrook Farms to the piece of land to the west of Willow Point Townhomes (circled in yellow on the project image). I believe we may get some negative comments here because of the high density residential sounds like a 10-story condo building. From what I see, these look like 3-story townhomes. I live in Willow Point just south of this proposed project and I know that land is valuable with the freeway being built and I would prefer housing to heavy commercial on that site any day. So as a nearby neighbor, I am happy to hear a proposal for more housing.
