Consultation has concluded

The applicant wants to do a four-lot single family residential subdivision located at approximately 500 South Center Street. The proposed subdivision is on 1.29 acres of property. All of the lots meet the requirements of the R-1-Flex zone. The R-1-Flex zone has a minimum lot size requirement of 8,000 square feet. The proposed lots range in size from 11,079 to 16,841 square feet.

Two of the lots front onto 500 South and the other two lots will front onto Center Street.
