Richard Thurman proposes adding a new lot as a flag lot, behind the two homes he already owns at 913 and 939 East Cedar Hollow Road. The flag lot was approved on November 14, 2024 by the Planning Commission. The smallest lot is over 11,000 square feet in size r about 0.27 acres. The largest lot is over an acre in size. The lots also meet the frontage requirements for the R-1-Flex zoning.
