Consultation has concluded

The applicant wants to add 9 new homes on 5 acres to the Colledge Farms neighborhood, which was originally approved in 2016. Even though normal zoning would only allow 7 homes, road improvements and unused space from the original plan could make 9 possible. The lots are smaller than usually required but still similar to nearby homes, and the plan includes landscaping and a road connection to 1500 North. The City Council will ultimately decide if the extra 2 lots they are requesting is justified, and they will also determine if amending the original Colledge Farms development is justified.
