Planning Staff proposes a change to Chapter 4 that adds "exhibits" as an allowed item to be submitted with General Plan Amendments and Zone Changes. This will provide a more clear way for applicants to show what they are intending to do with their property if the General Plan Amendment or Zone Change is approved. The City Council and Planning Commission often ask what they are intending and this will allow the applicant to provide a visualization of their intended development.
