Consultation has concluded
Perry Homes wants to change the General Plan designation on 1.48 acres from Low Density Residential to High Density Residential.
The current designation would allow 4 units, the proposal would allow up to 17. However, the applicant showed a proposed layout and expressed their intent for 14 townhomes.

I am writing to express my opposition to the proposed General Plan Amendment. the arguments of maintaining view corridors and preserving the character of the area can easily be achieved by maintaining the LDR designation. Also, storage units are one of the least invasive types of commercial use, with limited access of tenants, and typically they have a time frame during the day that they can be accessed. Creating balanced land use, and a variety of housing needs can be done by following the existing General Plan and not creating additional density that does not fit the existing neighborhood. And I doubt the proposed townhome units will fall into any sort of "attainable" or "affordable" housing designation.
