Lehi City requests review and recommendation for a proposed amendment to Chapter 5 and 39 of the Development Code, which aims to add Automobile Accessories Installation and Service as an allowed use in the Code, separate from other Automobile related uses.

The purpose of this update is to provide opportunities for smaller, less impactful automobile-related businesses in more nonresidential zones. There have been recent requests that have fallen under this use that instead were required to seek Development Agreements with the City Council.
