AT&T wants to place a roof antenna for cell service on top of Primary Children's Hospital. The antenna would be 10 feet tall and meets all regulations in Lehi's Development Code. This is a conditional use, so the Planning Commission can place reasonable restrictions on the antenna to help mitigate against any potential negative impacts. However, it cannot be denied unless there significant documented proof the antenna could cause harm to Lehi citizens.
