John Allred wants to convert an existing building into an accessory dwelling unit located on his property at 409 West 900 North. The lot is over half an acre in size. The building is 12 feet from the side property line and will provide parking off-street in front of the unit.

There are some property lines that will need to be cleaned up as part of this. This is common in the older parts of Lehi.

This is a conditional use which means it is an allowed use but the Planning Commission can put reasonable conditions like requiring bushes or trees to provide a buffer.
