Lehi City is requesting a zone change from R-1-Flex to R-1-8 on 0.908 acres of property located at 498 North 900 East. The City is requesting this change because the property owners, Shelley and Steve Atkinson, have already received a zone change approval to R-1-Flex and preliminary subdivision approval with 3 lots. During review of the final subdivision, staff recognized that the density exceeds the 3.25 allowed in the R-1-Flex zone. However, all the lots exceed the minimum 8,000 square foot size. The allowed density in R-1-8 is four, making their 3 lot subdivision in compliance with density requirements.
